Memento homo, quia pulvis es, et in pulverem reverteris.
And so begins the Lenten Season of 2012. 40 Days of reflection in a year that could be a major turning point in the course of human history. As our collective faith continues to erode, as we allow more secular influence in our life, we must truly evaluate where we are headed. More and more we seem to have greater concern about our individual existence than having concern for those around us. Our governments pat the faithful on the heads for their darling beliefs, but insist that they know better how to run our lives than Almighty God.
Guided by our conscience, we've let more selfish things into our decision-making. We the faithful must return to Christocentric lives and use Christ as the compass by which we make our decisions. This season, truly reflect on the Word made flesh and reorient yourselves to Him!
